Return & Refund Policy for Da Sports Plug

At Da Sports Plug, we take pride in delivering quality sports apparel. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy to protect against misuse, fraud, and unnecessary chargebacks.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. All Sales Are Final (With Limited Exceptions)
All sales are final.
We only accept returns or offer replacements under the following conditions:
Item arrives damaged
Item is defective
You receive the wrong item
We do not accept returns for:
Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Preference or style issues
Minor differences in color, stitching, or design

2. Return Request Window
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Requests after this window will not be accepted

3. Proof Required (Anti-Fraud Protection)
To prevent fraud and chargebacks, all claims must include:
Clear photos of the item
Photos of packaging and shipping label
Description of the issue
Failure to provide sufficient proof will result in denial of the request.

4. Replacement Policy (Primary Resolution)
We prioritize replacements over refunds.
If your claim is approved:
We will send a replacement item at no additional cost
Refunds are only issued if a replacement is unavailable

5. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers may be required to return the item before a replacement is issued
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours
We reserve the right to deny returns that are:
Used, worn, or washed
Damaged by misuse
Missing original packaging

6. Order Accuracy Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Selecting the correct size
Entering the correct shipping address
We are not responsible for:
Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
Packages delivered to the provided address
Delays caused by shipping carriers

7. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
Once an order is shipped:
Responsibility transfers to the carrier
We are not liable for delays, lost, or stolen packages
If an issue occurs, customers must:
Contact the shipping carrier directly
File a claim with the carrier if necessary
We may assist but are not obligated to issue refunds.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes Policy
We take fraud and chargebacks seriously.
By purchasing from Da Sports Plug, you agree:
To contact us first to resolve any issue
Not to initiate a chargeback without attempting resolution
If a chargeback is filed:
We will submit all evidence (order confirmation, tracking, proof of delivery, communications)
Fraudulent disputes may result in a permanent ban from our store

9. Refund Processing (If Approved)
If a refund is approved:
It will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 5–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
